Refund policy

Returns or refunds:
  • Returns accepted within 14 days after receiving the items
  • Return shipping charges will be customers' responsibility
  • Before return, please send an email to info@stoneswish.com to make confirmation
  • Only unused items with original packaging and invoice are accepted for return or refund
  • Once receive the product return we will examine the items and 

Exceptions:

  • Custom orders are at hard costs thus cannot be refunded
  • Sale items are not refundable

Damages and issues:

  • Please do inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive wrong item
  • We will ensure the items are well-packaged for every shipment. If any damage incurred during shipment, please contact us immediately and we will evaluate the issue and carry out a solution

Cancellation or Changes on orders:

  • If you want to cancel your order, please send an email to info@stoneswish.com within one hour after placing order
  • Any change you want to make to your custom orders, please contact us immediately at info@stoneswish.com along with the changes in point form that you want to make
