Refund policy
Returns or refunds:
- Returns accepted within 14 days after receiving the items
- Return shipping charges will be customers' responsibility
- Before return, please send an email to info@stoneswish.com to make confirmation
- Only unused items with original packaging and invoice are accepted for return or refund
- Once receive the product return we will examine the items and
Exceptions:
- Custom orders are at hard costs thus cannot be refunded
- Sale items are not refundable
Damages and issues:
- Please do inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive wrong item
- We will ensure the items are well-packaged for every shipment. If any damage incurred during shipment, please contact us immediately and we will evaluate the issue and carry out a solution
Cancellation or Changes on orders:
- If you want to cancel your order, please send an email to info@stoneswish.com within one hour after placing order
- Any change you want to make to your custom orders, please contact us immediately at info@stoneswish.com along with the changes in point form that you want to make
